Service Delivery

Full Schedule provides dental practice support services including patient recall and treatment follow-up. Our services are delivered remotely by our US-based team of dental professionals who integrate directly with your practice management software.

Onboarding Process

After signing up, our team works with your practice to establish secure access to your practice management system. The typical onboarding process takes 1-2 weeks, during which we configure your account and begin patient outreach.

Performance-Based Billing

Our services are billed monthly based on the number of appointments scheduled. You only pay for results. Each plan includes a set number of appointments per month, and a credit is applied for any missed appointments attributable to our service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our services. If you are not satisfied with the results within the first 30 days, we will work with you to adjust our approach or provide a full refund of that month's service fees.

No Long-Term Contracts

All Full Schedule services are provided on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts, setup fees, or cancellation penalties. You may cancel at any time with written notice.

Service Hours

Our team operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Patient outreach calls are scheduled during appropriate hours based on the patient's time zone.
