Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Full Schedule website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Description of Services

Full Schedule provides dental practice support services including patient recall, treatment follow-up, and appointment scheduling. Our services are designed to help dental practices maintain full schedules and grow production.

Service Agreement

Use of Full Schedule services requires a separate service agreement. Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts required. Specific terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

Performance-Based Billing

Full Schedule operates on a performance-based billing model. You are billed based on appointments scheduled per month according to your selected plan. A credit is applied for any missed appointments that are attributable to our service.

HIPAA Compliance

Full Schedule complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) will be executed with each dental practice client prior to accessing any protected health information.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Full Schedule and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Full Schedule shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding twelve months.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. There are no cancellation fees or early termination penalties. Upon termination, all access to practice management systems will be revoked.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
